Analogue Phone Issues
Follow the steps to help fix issues such as: No Dial Tone, Noisy Line, unable to make or receive calls, phone does not ring.
1. Check the router is connected to the master BT socket.

2. Check the phone you wish to use is connected correctly to the router and powered on.
3. Reset the router using the pinhole reset button.

4. Try replacing the broadband filter (micro filter), the DLS cable and Ethernet cable.
