    Ensure your PC is connected to the router via Ethernet.

    Disconnect all other devices and make sure additional apps (E.g. Messaging apps, games, video streaming apps, email) are closed. If you use a VPN (virtual private network) for work or personal use, make sure this is also disconnected/ shutdown.

    Open a web browser.

  • 4.

    Type www.speedtest.net into the address bar and press Enter.

  • 5. Click I Consent to continue.
  • 6.

    Click GO.

  • 7. The speed test will now be performed.
  • 8.

    Once the test finishes, make a note of your Ping, Download and Upload results.
