- Follow the steps to help fix issues such as: No Dial Tone, Noisy Line, unable to make or receive calls, phone does not ring.
- 1. Check the router is connected to the master BT socket.For more information see the Router Quick Setup guides.
- 2. Check the phone you wish to use is connected correctly to the router and powered on.
- 3. Reset the router using the pinhole reset button.For more information see the Factory Reset Router (reset button) topic.
- 4. Try replacing the broadband filter (micro filter), the DLS cable and Ethernet cable.If the problems continues, please contact technical support.
